Flat Enilda Gets The Recipe For Raclette From Our New French Friends

Clément a adoré !

Raclette is a cheese with cow's milk,
We melt this cheese thanks to a special device. Here is how it looks. Then, we add cheese spread with potatoes and some other things such as boiled ham, bacon or cooked ham.
It is delicious! Flat Enilda adored it!

Visiting Flatties (From Bouvesse Quirieu, France) in Copenhagen!

Dear CM1/CM2,
We are having a wonderful time in Copenhagen.
We are brought everywhere by bike; we have to travel in the kid's seat at the back :(

We went on the Canal Tour. This was really nice and pretty...but very cold!

Here we are at the famous Little Mermaid:

This is what the Danish flag looks like...sideways:

Hello everyone!

Flat Emma & Flat Enilda have benefited from some snow today in Bouvesse Quirieu...At least we can get ready for our educational schooltrip to the mountains in February!

This weekend we are going to go sledding!
